  • From plants to landscapes: understanding the impacts of land use on microbial regulation of nutrient
Bio

Education:

  • BS – BS- Environmental Biology, Minor International Development, Tulane University

Research Interests: I am broadly interested in understanding the impacts of agricultural land-use and management on soil microbial functioning and ecosystem services. Through my research I aim to quantify how the impacts of management practices on ecosystem services change across spatial scales. I am approaching this research question with manipulative field experiments as well as through spatial modeling at the landscape level. Currently, I am working to build a mechanistic understanding of cover crop species function on plant-soil feedback and soil ecosystem outcomes.
